14-day, no-questions-asked refund window for any new pricepulse Pro or Pro+ purchase. no exit survey, no “sorry to see you go” loop, no human is going to email you back asking why.

1. how to request a refund

email support@voiddo.com from the email address you bought with. include your order number from the paddle receipt (it starts with txn_) and the word “refund” in the subject. that's it.

if you can't find the receipt, just send the email anyway — we can look up the transaction by your billing email.

2. how long it takes

  • we acknowledge: within 24 business hours, usually faster.
  • we issue the refund through paddle: within 1 business day of acknowledgement.
  • your bank or card issuer posts the refund: 5–10 business days, depending on the issuer. paddle's refund timeline has the per-issuer details.

3. subscription cancellation

cancel any time from your account dashboard or via the paddle customer portal link in your receipt email. cancellation stops future renewals; the active billing period continues until its end date.

4. paddle as merchant of record

pricepulse is operated by voiddo. paddle.com market limited is our merchant of record — paddle, not voiddo, is the entity on your bank statement and processes refunds on our behalf. paddle's buyer terms govern the payment flow.

5. what happens to your data after a refund

we don't delete your watchlist or snapshots automatically when you refund. if you also want everything deleted, say so in the same email and we delete server-side data within 14 days. (the local extension data goes when you uninstall.)

6. duplicate-charge or fraud cases

if you see a pricepulse charge you didn't make, email immediately. we refund 100% on the spot, lock the affected license key, and work with paddle to investigate.
