what counts as a "check"?
a check is one server-side fetch of a single watchlist URL on its scheduled interval. fetches that fail (timeout, 5xx, blocked) do not consume a slot — we retry on the next cycle. unchanged checks (page text identical to last snapshot) do not generate a diff or an email; we only alert when something actually moved.
how billing works
paddle is the merchant of record for pricepulse Pro and Pro+. that means paddle (not voiddo) handles the card transaction, regional VAT/GST/sales-tax, currency conversion, and chargeback flow. you get an emailed receipt at purchase and a customer portal where you can update payment method, download tax-compliant invoices, or cancel.
supported payment methods
paddle accepts visa, mastercard, american express, discover, JCB. SEPA direct debit, iDEAL, alipay, apple pay, google pay, and paypal are available in supported regions. paddle adds the right local taxes automatically based on your billing country.
refunds & cancellation
14-day refund window for new Pro and Pro+ purchases — no questions, no “sorry to see you go” survey. write to support@voiddo.com and the refund clears in 5–10 business days through paddle. cancel any time from the customer portal; you keep your tier features until the end of the current billing period. full refund policy →
currency & tax
prices are quoted in USD. paddle charges in your local currency at checkout, applies VAT/GST/sales-tax based on your billing country, and shows the inclusive total before you confirm. EU customers get a VAT-compliant invoice automatically.
switching tiers
upgrade from free to Pro or Pro+ any time — your existing watchlist stays exactly where it was, the new schedule kicks in on the next cycle. downgrade is via the customer portal; if you downgrade mid-cycle the higher tier stays active until the cycle end. if your downgraded tier has fewer slots than your current watchlist, the oldest entries pause (we never delete; you can prune them yourself).
