profilebrief is free. There is no paid tier today, no subscription to refund, no charge to dispute. Install it, use it, uninstall it — the cost path is empty.
If a Pro tier ships
If we ever introduce an optional Pro tier with server-side AI processing, the refund policy below will be in force from day one:
- 14-day no-questions refund on any first-time purchase.
- Cancel any time from the Paddle Customer Portal. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access for what you've already paid.
- Paddle is the merchant of record. Refunds are processed by Paddle on our instruction; the funds return to the original payment method.
- Annual plan refunds beyond the 14-day window: prorated for the unused months minus a 10% administrative fee, at our discretion. We grant most reasonable requests.
- Chargebacks: please email support@voiddo.com first. We refund without argument inside the 14-day window. Chargebacks lock the account for the duration of the bank investigation.
Pricing changes
If we change pricing, existing subscribers keep their original price for at least 12 months from their next renewal. Material increases beyond that are notified at least 30 days before the next billing.
