these terms govern your use of jsonyo (extracts inline JSON / JSON-LD from the current tab — pure browser, zero round-trips.) and any related paid features. by installing the extension or signing up for a paid plan, you agree to these terms.
vøiddo studio (“vøiddo”, “we”, “us”) provides jsonyo on the basis described below.
1. eligibility
you must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use jsonyo. if you are using jsonyo on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. license to use the extension
we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms.
this license is granted on a per-user basis. for paid plans, the license is tied to the email address used at signup; you cannot share your license with another person.
3. permitted use
- installing the extension on devices you own or are authorised to use.
- using the extension as designed, on the websites listed in the extension's host permissions.
- building integrations on top of the public API endpoints (where applicable) within the documented rate limits.
4. prohibited use
- reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of any closed-source component (the extension's source is openly published; the API server is not).
- using the extension to impersonate another person or to provide false information to a service that requires honest data (e.g., government forms, regulatory filings).
- using jsonyo to create or distribute spam, phishing pages, deepfakes, or any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
- scraping, mirroring, or otherwise systematically downloading our website or API beyond the documented rate limits.
- using jsonyo in connection with any service that violates applicable export control laws (we comply with EU and US sanctions lists).
- removing, obscuring, or modifying any branding, copyright, or attribution notice that the extension or its outputs include.
5. paid plans & billing
paid plans are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, the merchant of record. all charges are taken in the currency displayed at checkout. local taxes (VAT, sales tax, GST) are added by Paddle based on your billing country.
subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel through the Paddle customer portal. cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.
credit-pack purchases are one-time and do not auto-renew. unused credits expire 12 months after purchase.
we may change our prices with 30 days' written notice (email to your billing address). existing subscriptions keep their original price until the next renewal after the price change.
6. refund policy
see our refund policy. summary: 14 days, no questions, refunded to original payment method by Paddle within 5–10 business days.
7. intellectual property
our IP. the extension's source code, design, and brand are owned by vøiddo. parts are released under open licenses (e.g., MIT for the client-side code) where indicated; the rest is reserved.
your IP. any data you generate, fill in, or process through jsonyo remains yours. we claim no ownership of your inputs or outputs. you grant us a strictly limited, time-limited license to process your data only as necessary to provide the requested feature.
third-party IP. jsonyo may surface or interact with third-party content (e.g., ATS form schemas, web pages you visit). we do not own that content; you are responsible for using it in accordance with the source's terms.
8. updates
the extension auto-updates through the chrome web store / firefox add-ons / edge add-ons mechanism. continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the update. we publish a public change log at voiddo.com/log/.
9. service availability
the extension itself runs in your browser and works offline for local-only features. paid features that depend on our API rely on our API uptime; we target 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
we may take the API offline for scheduled maintenance with at least 24 hours' notice (status page: voiddo.com/log/).
10. disclaimers
jsonyo is provided “as is” and “as available”. to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
where you have non-waivable consumer rights under your local law (e.g., the EU consumer-rights directive), those rights are not affected by this clause.
11. limitation of liability
to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- vøiddo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the extension.
- our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.
nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury, where such limitation would be unenforceable under your local law.
12. indemnification
you agree to indemnify and hold vøiddo harmless from any claim brought by a third party arising out of (a) your misuse of jsonyo, (b) your violation of these terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. termination
you can stop using jsonyo at any time by uninstalling the extension and (for paid plans) cancelling your subscription in the Paddle customer portal.
we may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms in a material way (e.g., abuse the API, attempt to circumvent the rate limit, use the extension for prohibited purposes). where the breach is curable, we will give you 30 days to cure before termination.
sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive.
14. governing law and jurisdiction
these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of laws rules. the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you (if you are a consumer) may also bring claims in the courts of your country of residence where local law requires.
nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
15. changes to these terms
we may update these terms from time to time. when we do, we update the timestamp at the bottom of this page and publish the previous version in the change log. material changes are announced by email to paid users at least 14 days in advance.
16. miscellaneous
- severability. if any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
- entire agreement. these terms, together with the privacy policy and the refund policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and vøiddo regarding jsonyo.
- no waiver. our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- assignment. you may not assign these terms without our prior written consent. we may assign them to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger or acquisition.
- force majeure. neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, network outages of third-party providers, etc.).
- language. these terms are written in english. translations are provided for convenience only; the english version controls.
