if jsonyo doesn't do what you wanted, email support@voiddo.com within 14 days of purchase. we will issue a full refund via paddle within 3–5 business days.

after 14 days

refunds are at our discretion but we are reasonable. honestly. send us an email; we will figure something out.

how to request

1. email support@voiddo.com with the subject line "Refund — jsonyo"
2. include your paddle transaction id (visible in your receipt email)
3. we trigger the refund inside paddle — no questions about why
4. paddle releases funds back to your original payment method in 3–5 business days
