all topics route to support@voiddo.com. we monitor it during business hours (UTC+3) and aim to reply within 36 hours on weekdays. we do not have a phone number, a chat widget, or a ticketing portal — email keeps things searchable for both sides.

- weekends and Israeli public holidays: replies by the next business day.
- we do not promise 24/7 coverage. if you need around-the-clock support, you are probably looking for a vendor with a thicker SLA than we are willing to offer at our pricing.
4. legal address
vøiddo is a sole-trader practice based in Israel. for formal legal correspondence (court filings, regulatory notices), email support@voiddo.com with subject [legal] …; we will respond with our registered postal address by reply.
5. data protection officer
we are below the threshold that requires a designated DPO under GDPR Art. 37. your point of contact for any data protection matter is the same support address: support@voiddo.com.
6. supervisory authority complaints
if you are unhappy with how we have handled a privacy matter and you are in the EU, the UK, Switzerland, or Israel, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. for EU users this is the supervisory authority of your country of residence; for UK users, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
7. social channels (informational only)
we are on LinkedIn, X, and GitHub. we do not handle support or privacy requests on those channels — please email instead so we have a paper trail.
