billing
billing is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record. paddle issues your invoice, collects VAT / sales tax, processes refunds, and is the customer-of-record on your bank statement. you can manage cards, cancel, and download invoices from the paddle customer portal (link in your receipt email).

billing FAQ
- currency — charged in USD; paddle converts to your local currency at checkout if applicable.
- VAT / sales tax — included in the price for end-consumers in jurisdictions where required (EU, UK, AUS, CA, TX, etc.). business buyers can enter a VAT ID at checkout to receive a tax-exempt invoice.
- upgrade / downgrade — switch between monthly and annual at any time from the paddle portal; we pro-rate the next charge.
- cancel — from the paddle customer portal. takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- multiple browsers — one license = one user, but you can activate it on multiple browsers you own (chrome on laptop + firefox on desktop, etc.).
