we offer a 14-day refund window for paid interviewprep subscriptions. no questions asked, no qualifiers, no exceptions. paddle handles the actual money path; we instruct paddle to issue the refund.

1. how to request a refund
- email support@voiddo.com from the email address you used at checkout.
- include your paddle order number (in the receipt email).
- that's it.
we will process the request within 2 business days; paddle takes 3-10 business days to return the funds to your card or PSP, depending on your bank.
2. eligibility
- request must be made within 14 days of the original charge.
- annual subscriptions: 14 days from the most recent renewal charge (we do not offer pro-rata refunds for older renewals).
- monthly subscriptions: 14 days from the original charge; subsequent renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel from the paddle customer portal at any time and not be charged again.
3. what happens after a refund
- your license key is invalidated immediately.
- your install_id-keyed usage records are deleted within 14 days.
- your billing record is retained for the period required by tax law (typically 7 years).
4. chargebacks
if you raise a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, paddle handles the dispute. while the dispute is open, your access is suspended. we'd much rather just refund you than fight a chargeback — please email us first.
5. fraudulent or abusive use
refunds may be denied if we detect:
- automated abuse of the free tier across multiple install_ids.
- API key sharing across multiple users.
- repeat refund-then-resubscribe loops within the same calendar year.
this is rare; we err on the side of issuing the refund.
