before you write
most issues have a one-line answer if we know two things: your billing email (or your install_id if you're on free), and the watchlist entry id if it's about a specific URL. you can find the install_id and the entry id in the extension's settings page.
response sla
- weekday support questions: under 36 business hours, usually under 6.
- refund requests: acknowledged within 24 hours, executed within 1 business day after acknowledgement.
- account-suspension or fraud reports: we read these first, response inside 12 hours.
- weekend / holiday: non-urgent items roll over to the next business day. urgent items still get read.
