Scope: Paddle setup, not full product engineering

We configure your Paddle account, first product, webhook, and runbook. We don't write your application code or build your SaaS product. If you need that, it's a separate engagement.

Timing: 3 days for setup work, gated by Paddle's KYB review

Our work takes 3 days. Paddle's internal approval typically takes 2–3 days after we submit. If Paddle is slow on their end, the live date moves; the deliverable bundle still arrives within 24h.

KYB risk: Paddle's decision is theirs, not ours

We submit the cleanest possible application. Paddle may still reject (wrong jurisdiction, unsupported product, etc). If they do, we refund the setup-work portion ($150 of $199). You keep the documents.

Refund: 14 days, pro-rated by what's delivered

Full refund before we start. $49 refund (documents kept) after the bundle is delivered but before setup begins. Refund still possible if Paddle rejects you. Refund processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days.

Legal: vøiddo studio is the supplier; Paddle is merchant of record

Payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. They handle the receipt, VAT/sales tax, and refund mechanics. We're the service provider behind the deliverable. You get one receipt from Paddle, one bundle from us.
