what counts as a "use"?
each AI letter draft is one credit against your monthly cover-letter quota. if generation fails on our end, the credit isn't deducted — you don't pay for our outages. each match-meter score is one credit against your monthly match quota. autofill is unlimited on all tiers and never counts toward any quota.
how billing works
paddle is the merchant of record for jobmeta Pro. that means paddle (not vøiddo) handles the card transaction, regional VAT/GST/sales-tax, currency conversion, and chargeback flow. you get an emailed receipt at purchase and a customer portal where you can update payment method, download tax-compliant invoices, or cancel.
supported payment methods
paddle accepts visa, mastercard, american express, discover, and JCB. SEPA direct debit, iDEAL, alipay, apple pay, google pay, and paypal are available on supported regions. paddle adds the right local taxes automatically based on your billing country.
refunds & cancellation
14-day refund window for new Pro purchases — no questions, no “sorry to see you go” survey. write to support@voiddo.com and the refund clears in 5–10 business days through paddle. cancel any time from the customer portal; you keep Pro until the end of the current billing period. full refund policy →
currency & tax
prices are quoted in USD. paddle charges in your local currency at checkout, applies VAT/GST/sales-tax according to your billing country, and shows the inclusive total before you confirm. EU customers get a VAT-compliant invoice automatically.
switching plans
upgrade from free to Pro any time. no data migration, no profile re-entry — your saved letters, scores, and profiles stay exactly where they were. downgrade is via the customer portal; if you downgrade mid-cycle, Pro features stay enabled until the cycle end and revert to free quotas afterward.
